Answer» Yes educational qualifications are really important for a candidate to get elected without education, they are behind and we are also LAGGING behind because of them education HELPS to increase the the thinking capability, it makes us differientiat between right and wrong and especially candidates. thought it's necessary for them to act smartly and logically for our welfare if they are not educated then they will definitely do some nonsense in constitution and do stupid things educated people have resoning mind that help us to grow, it is really necessary for us to choose wisely , whom to choose and why to chose our decision is in our hand so make the right choice. although I believe that a LEADER should be elected by his good behavior and COMMUNICATION skills not by degrees but it's important and mandatory too the educational qualifications should be : . bachelor 's degree in political science .foreign affairs . history . international relations . should be a citizen of INDIA . should be above 25 yrs old . should not hold any office of profit mark as branliest if it's helpful
