| Answer» HMM that's a good question,well certainly in America, rock music has declined since the 2000s.I guess the 90s grudge was probably the last of rock.the overall decline can also be DUE to other genres on the rise like rap HIP hop,still there are rock bands, mostly nu-metal,so yeah I think rock music is in the decline but it's not a recent phenomenon.and in my personal opinion we will never have the 70's classic rock back. if rock music is to make a comeback, it will be in a new form,think about it, when led Zeppelin Beatles BLACK Sabbath deep purple and all entered, they were raw and fresh.no one had heard their kind of music before, so if rock is to make a revival, imo it will be something different,which me and u can't fathom currently.ps- are u too from India? | |
