Answer» the poor will be served better with the new policy or not depends upon the strictness in the IMPLEMENTATION of these policies and the working scheme of of various DEPARTMENT like banks etcetera. like if the government has donated some money in the bank account of poor PEOPLE but the banks do not do their work PROPERLY then the poor would not be benefited |
