Answer» No the Zamindars would have not helped the INDEPENDENT farmers in any was.Explanation:This is because they were used to being the OVERAL owners of the LAND and a TERRITORY with people and all resources under them.Therefor, they COULD not have liked the idea of having to help someone who was claiming independence as far as cultivation was concerned.This they would have welcomed with a lot of negativity since it was depriving them of their rights.
