But it doesn’t MEAN that the distance between any TWO nodes involved in the minimal-spanning tree is minimum. No! Minimal spanning tree assures that the total weight of the tree is kept at its minimum. But it doesn’t mean that the distance between any two nodes involved in the minimal-spanning tree is minimum. |
