[cos(A-B) -cos (A+B) ] / [ cos(A+B) +cos (A-B) ] = 1/3

now cross multiplication

3cos(A-B) -3cos (A+B) = cos(A+B) +cos (A-B)

3cos(A-B) -cos (A-B) = cos(A+B) + 3cos (A+B)

2 cos(A-B) = 4 cos (A+B)

cos(A-B) = 2 cos (A+B)
