Answer» s who WORKED in the field of agriculture LIKE plantation or in mines they are simply refer as indentured labour.→They work like a bounded labour which is for contract.Here,1) The labour who are assigned for the work on contract basis they works for 16 hours in day as because the contract do not signifies the BASIC rights of the labours.2) If the target given by the owner is not completed in LIMITED time then owner can file criminal charges against the labour.3) Owner could give punishment and also jail if labour will not complete their fulfillment. |
