1.	Explain feedback as a part of the process of communication.
Answer» The observation of the receiver ‘s response is called feedback. It enables the sender to evaluate the effectiveness of the message. Without feedback, two way communications is either ineffective or incomplete. Feedback is the only way to gain receiver’s response and depending on the feedback, sender can take further steps.
