Explain neurohypophysis. |
| Answer» The pituitary gland is divided in to 2 parts. Anterior pituitary and posterior pituitary. The pituitary gland as a whole is known as hypophysis ceribrii. Now, anterior pituitary also has 2 parts namely, adenohypophysis and neurohypophysis. Neurohypophysis is under the the full control of hypothalamus. | |
