1. Planning:

Planning is deciding in advance what has to be done in future. It involves selection of objectives, policies, procedures and programmes for attaining organisational goals. 

2. Controlling: 

Controlling ensures the efficient performance of managerial functions. Controlling is the final function that every manager performs. Controlling is the process of, confirming the activities according to plans.
