Answer» Public Welfare Authority : When political power is converted into authority supported by the ideology of public welfare then it is called public welfare authority. Public welfare is an important base of authority. We do not follow most of the laws of state due to fear of punishment but we follow them because we see our own benefit in obeying them and these are formed for our welfare. Paying tax, obeying traffic rules and other rules is in favour of our own welfare and we follow them happily. All this is the matter of public welfare authority. |
