Sir Subject: water scarcity Through the COLOUM of you esteemed newspaper. I WANT to say you that I am a citizen of New Delhi. In our AREA there is PROBLEM of scarcity of water. YESTERDAY when I am going to take bath there was no water in my shower . Many times when I washed utensils there is also no water in tap. I suffer many times from this problem.some times even there is no water for drinking.so I suffer many times from this problem .
