The purification technique based on the above PRINCIPLE is known as sublimation. Uses: It is used to separate sublimable compounds from non sublimable impurities. Examples: Sublimation technique is used for purification of mixture of CALCIUM sulphate and camphor. Because camphor undergoes sublimation and separated and calcium sulphate settle at bottom without sublimation. | |
