Tsunami➫ A great SEA wave produced especially by submarine earth movement or volcanic eruption.

♦ It is also called TIDAL waves.

♦ It is an extremely large wave caused by a VIOLENT movement of the earth under the sea.

♦ It travel hundreds of miles over the open sea and cause EXTENSIVE damage when it encounters land.
