Answer» Correct Answer - The product formed on the hydrolysis of sucrose with dilute acids or enzyme invertase is called invert sugar These are known so because sign of rotation changes from dextro `(+)` to lavevo `(-)` (ii) Two amino acids combine to form a peptide bond When the number of combining amino acids is more than ten the product obtained is known as polypeptide . Maltose will give positive test with fehling reagent but benzaldehyde does not give fehling test. |
