At the order of Think-Tank, Noodle makes a contact with Martian Space Probe and asks Captain Omega about their position. Omega replies that they have reached the earth planet without any problem and are surrounded by very peculiar things that he had never seen earlier and is not able to identify them. Think-Tank looks at these things in his magical mirror and calls them sandwiches that are eatables for earthlings. He orders Omega to eat for confirmation. At last sergeant Oop eats a corner of the book. Noodle guesses that these are not eatables but are communication devices. Think-Tank agrees with Noodle and orders Omega to listen through ears. But Omega fails to listen to anything. Noodle once again guesses that these are for eye communication and not for ears. At last Omega takes vitamins to increase the intelligence and is able to read the book.

थिंक-टैंक के आदेशानुसार, नूडल ने मंगल ग्रह के अंतरिक्ष प्रोब से संपर्क स्थापित किया तथा उनकी स्थिति को जानना चाहा। ओमेगा ने उत्तर दिया कि वे पृथ्वी ग्रह पर बिना किसी समस्या के पहुँच गए। हैं तथा उनके आसपास ऐसी अनूठी चीजें हैं जिन्हें उन्होंने पहले कभी नहीं देखा तथा वे उन्हें पहचान नहीं कर पा रहे हैं। थिंक-टैंक ने उन चीजों को जादुई दर्पण में देखा तथा इसे सैंडविच की संज्ञा दी, जो पृथ्वीवासियों के द्वारा खाई जाती है। इसकी पुष्टिकरण के लिए वह ओमेगा को इसे खाने का आदेश देता है। अंत में सार्जेंट ऊप पुस्तक के कोने को खाता है। नूडल को लगाता है कि ये खाने की चीज नहीं है बल्कि संचार उपकरण है। थिंक-टैंक नूडल से सहमति जताता है तथा ओमेगा को इसे कान से सुनने का आदेश देता है। किंतु ओमेगा कुछ भी सुनने में असमर्थ रहता है। नूडल को एक बार किर लगता है कि ये आँखों के संचरण के लिए है न कि कानों के लिए। अंत में ओमेगा विटामिन लेता है। ताकि उसकी बुद्धिमत्ता बढ़ सके तथा पुस्तक पढ़ने में समर्थ हो जाता है।
