Answer» A situation in which people donot get job...Their are some categories of this:Disguised underemployment: if in a farm there is a need of 5 labours and their comes 7 labours beacuse of underemployment. Then the labours would be paid lower wages....Educated unemployment: in this the people are unemployed even after they are educated because of lack of job opportunities....Seasonal unemployment: in this the people gets employed only in some seasons...as you can see in farms during rainy seasons.... A situation in which people who are able and willing to work at going wages cannot find job.
