Answer» Answer: THOS question is basically about role of constitution about the independence of judiciary to ensure this matter few measures have been taken by the constitution 1- there will be judges in both supreme court and the high court right! these judges are selected by the President taking in consideration of prime minister's and CHIEF judge decision. in this case there is no chance for any other EXECUTIVE to interfere and show any partiality. 2-once the judge is appointed, no one has the right to judge the president's decision either in courts or in the legislative. 3- once the judges are appointed, their salaries are fixed and there won't be any CHANGES further. 4- now it depends on the courts and their respective judges how to move forward in their work. 5- once a judge has worked in a court, he has no chance to work again in any courts. 6- the decisions made the judge are final and no criticism shall be tolerated.
