Answer» We can easily move our HANDS in air because the particles of air have LARGE SPACES between them and less force of attraction.Whether, in a plank of wood, the particles are CLOSELY packed and the force of attraction is also high.Due to this reason we can easily move our HAND in air but not in a plank of wood. |
