Okay so,I am not sure if this is a question from school or question for yourself but,here is what I KNOW:

If you become anemic due to a B12 deficiency, you may FEEL short of breath and a bit dizzy, especially when you exert yourself. This is because your body lacks the red blood cells it needs to get enough OXYGEN to your body's cells. It might be that you are having B12 deficiency or you took a lot more than what you must be prescribed for.
