Hence, these signals are modulated by mixing with very high frequency waves (carrier wave) by modulator power. Function of Y: The signal cannot be transmitted as such because they get weaken after travelling long distance. Hence, use of power amplifier provides them necessary power before feeding the signal to the transmitting antenna.
