Answer» DELHI is a city in India which is geographically LOCATED in the Northern plains. The southern part of Delhi falls into the green BELT. However, Delhi does not GET any snowfall. Even in the winters, it does not get snowfall. Explanation:This happens because the Central winds cannot enter this area of India as the Himalayan Mountains TEND to make a protective layer around. This is why the Asian winds cannot enter.
