The height of statue is (597 ft) 182 metres.It is situated in Kevadiya (Gujarat).It was founded as a memorial to Sardar Patel. Sardar Patel was an INDEPENDENCE activist and BECAME the first Deputy prime MINISTER and home minister of INDEPENDENT India. Sarder Petel was very respected among the masses for his contribution in the independence movement.
