C = (4, -2) & r = \(\sqrt {4^2 + (-2)^2} = \sqrt{16 + 4} = \sqrt{20}\)

Equation of the circle (x + 4)2 + (y + 2)2 = (√20) 

⇒ x2 + 16 – 8x + y2 + y + 4y – 20 = 0 

⇒ x2 + y2 – 8x + 4y = 0
