So let\'s go stepwise........\tFirst of all start with a box. If u miss this u loose a mark. In fact I suggest u draw a box for everything in the writing section. Better be safe.\tOn the first line write name of institution and address in the center in capital letters.\tLeave a line and write the word notice in capital letters in the center.\tLeave a line and write date in the left side.\tIn the next line write the heading or topic\xa0in regular letters.\tThen start your notice. Mind it to be straight forward and informative. See that u have supplied all the necessary information. Should not take more than 5 lines. 6 at the max.
