I wasn’t going to answer this until I read the other answers,THEY ARE WRONG, milk in a cooler climate, WILL NOT SPOIL it will just turn into yogurt, that’s how my mum always made our own yogurt she would just leave the milk in a bowl until it turned, It did NOT spoil and she would often just DRAIN it through a pillow case and make COTTAGE cheese by cooler climate I’m referring to QUIRINDI In NSW. |
