Explaination:

Fundamental rights has been referred to as the soul of the Indian constitution.

Fundamental rights are the basic rights which all the citizens have by birth.It is WORTH less as given to every citizens.

Article 12-35 of Indian constitution CONSISTS of fundamental rights.

There are SIX fundamental rights in our constitution mentioned :

1. RIGHT to equality
2. Right to freedom
3. Right against exploitation
4. Right to freedom of religion
5. cultural and EDUCATIONAL rights
6. Right to conditional remedies

This all above six are fundamental rights which every citizens have.They guaranted justice and protect dignity of every citizens.

Let's discuss above rights in short :

Right to equality

This rights provides equal rights for everyone irrespective of their religion,casts ,gender ,race and financial background.

Right to freedom

According to this right every citizens have freedom of speech , expression, association,to practise any religion /profession and freedom to stay in any part of the country.

Right against exploitation

This rights secure citizens from being exploit.

e.g=>If a child is working under the age of 14 years then this right secure the child.

Right to freedom of religion

This rights gives equal respect to every religion.All religion would be treated equally.

Cultural and educational rights

This rights protects the cultures of religion and guides the citizens to protect their heritage and culture for free of cost.

Right to constitutional remedies

This rights protects the fundamental rights of every citizens.If the fundamental rights is violated then the citizen can go directly to the supreme court and appeal there the court take strict action .
