Experiments provide insight into cause-and-effect by DEMONSTRATING what outcome occurs when a particular factor is MANIPULATED. Experiments vary greatly in goal and SCALE, but ALWAYS RELY on repeatable procedure and logical analysis of the results. There also exists natural experimental studies. |
