1.	Give the working principle involved in chromatography.
Answer» Solution :The particles of a mixture of a dye LIKE ink are soluble in water. As the water RISES on the FILTER paper, it takes ALONG with it the dye particles. Usually, a dye is a mixture of two or more colours . The coloured components that are more soluble in water, REACH to a greater height and in this way the colours get separated.
