Answer» ʜᴇʟʟᴏ ᴍᴀᴛᴇ! Yes, that's true at some extent. My two points of favour and against the abive statement are : In favour 1. If education qualifications are MADE compulsory for CONTESTING election then surly people will try to EDUCATE more and gain qualifications. This will lead to increase in literacy level. 2. By this work, more educated and enlighten people will come up who will take country forwards in education system. More over scientific knowledge will be valuable. In against 1. Many children due to poverty level or due to some conditions aren't able to study. Fue yo such laws there life will be MESSED and they will not be able to contests election. 2. Such conditions will surely lead to stike and protest of people who aren't educated. Moreover, due to such laws there will be no one who can stand for poor ones and solve their problems. Hope it helps
