The poet feels that in today’s society, we can witness many discrepancies and disturbances. Fear, loathing and jealousy between people have created a mountain of troubles out of nothing The poet feels that this mountain must melt. This mountain, which is like the Himalayas, must give birth to a river.

Today, the walls of our houses are shaking. They are shaking in such a way that it is as if even the curtains of the windows and the doors are shivering. In reality, it just so happen that the entire structure must be shaken out so that some new construction can be begun. The poet places such a condition that it proves the want and desire for a revolution.
In every city and every village, on every street and in every lane, hands are waving such that even corpses should get up and begin to walk.

For society to experience a change, only speeches and warnings are going to be insufficient. The poet is supremely confident that only creating noise and ruckus is not his intention, rather his complete effort will be towards totally changing the face of society. The implied meaning is that those who keep trying will never fail.

The poet believes that for a change to happen in society, there must be awareness among the public.

In conclusion, the poet tries to make the reader aware that if not in his heart, then so be it in another’s heart – there must be a burning desire for change. Irrespective of whose heart the fire burns in, it must, however, continue to burn with the same ferocity. This is the only way that change can happen in society.
