1.	How can you say that every government that hold an election is not a democracy? give an example
Answer» Though the elections are PILLARS of democracy but every government which HOLDS an ELECTION is not a democracy. For example, In china elections are held but there is one party system in China. Only one party FIGHTS elections and people have to elect their representatives from the same party. They have no other choice and the party act as authoritarian government. So it can not be called a democracy.
