1.	how can you say that every government which hold an election is not a democracy prove this with an example
Answer» It is not important that, if there are election there is democracy but if there is democracy there must hold REGULAR, FREE and fair elections. LIKE there are regular elections in China but there is not democracy as only a single party wins and make government, the elections are not fair. There are many other EXAMPLES like Mexico and Zimbabwe (before some time).
