Answer» Milk is an emulsion of FATS, proteins and water and adding more water just MAKES it a more dilute emulsion. The only way to extract a LIQUID from this mixture is to add RENNET to coagulate the fats (the curds) and separate the liquid (the whey) and you can then make cheese with the solids! |
