Answer» I suppose it depends upon the questions asked. If you knew the questions in advance, maybe you could formulate BETTER answers. Of course, that could also lead to you shooting yourself in the foot by over-thinking the questions as WELL. In general, answer honestly. Interviewers KNOW the standard 'tricks' that interviewers usually USE, e.g. "What is your greatest weakness?" "I'm a workaholic." Those types of answers are a sure way to fail an INTERVIEW quickly.
