Answer» tion:Illiteracy effects elections in various manners , such as illiterate people are not ABLE to think who is better.They could not even decide to whom they should vote and to whom they should not.Being an illiterate PERSON they don't KNOW the importance of a vote for India .They can be EASILY bought .Being an illiterate they also become the part of the rat race .This problem can only be solved by educating India .For this Indian government has already started many programs one of them is Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan .Now the duty of nation is to make these Abhiyans possible or reachable to the illiterate PERSONS .
