Answer» When Aurora’s husband produces Henry’s manuscript of poem to him, he admits that he has written them. He adds that he has written those poems in praise of the rosy fingerred Aurora, the goddess of the Dawn and not in praise of his wife. Her name being Aurora too, he had given them to her to read. But it is shameful for her that she has shown them to her husband. जब अरौरा का पति हैनरी की कविताओं की पाण्डुलिपी उसके सामने रखता है तो वह स्वीकरता है कि वे कवितायें उसी ने लिखी हैं। वह आगे कहता है कि उसने वे कवितायें गुलाबी उँगलियों वाली प्रभात की देवी की प्रशंसा में लिखी हैं और उसकी पत्नी की प्रशंसा में नहीं लिखी हैं। उसका नाम भी औरोरा होने के कारण उसने वे कवितायें उसे पढ़ने के लिये दी। थी परन्तु उसके लिये यह लज्जा की बात है कि उसने ये कवितायें अपने पति को दिखा दी हैं। |
