How does unicellular oragmism obtain their food

Answer» Amoeba is a unicellular organism. With yhe help of its flexible plasma membrane amoeba engulfs food particles. The engulfed food particle passes into the body of organism as a phagosome. Phagosome combines with lysosome to produce food vacuole. Digestion occurs in food vacuole. The digested food passes into sorrounding cytoplasm and the undigested food is thrown out of the cell.( you can also cut few lines because last line is not needed)
