Answer» In a sole proprietorship the proprietor does all the business activities himself. He takes care of purchasing, production, developing concepts for sales and . marketing, meeting vendors, customers, etc. Since he does all these activities on his own he does not need to discuss his business plans and strategies, skills and ability takes all the decisions and maintains the secrets of the business.
