Answer» Although both Houses discuss bills, Lok Sabha is more powerful than the Rajya Sabha because of the following reasons: (i) Money bills can be only be introduced in Lok Sabha. (ii) Rajya Sabha cannot change money bills. It can only give its suggestions for consideration by Lok Sabha. (iii) No-condidence motion against the government can be passed only in Lok Sabha. (vi) In a joint session of the two Houses, the Speaker of Lok Sabha presides over the House.
