1.	How is skin fold caliper used?
Answer» Raise a fold of skin and subcutaneous tissue firmly between thumb and forefinger of the left hand. Apply the edge of the plates on the caliper branches 1 cm below fingers of the left hand and allow them to right side of the body. The subject stands relaxed. Hold the caliper for 2 seconds and note down the reading measurements are recorded to the nearest 0.5 mm.
