Answer» Go to Applications, and then select the Utilities folder. Choose the Disk Utility PROGRAM. Choose the JUMP drive and then the "Partition" SETTING. This should ALLOW you to reformat the drive. Go to Applications, and then select the Utilities folder. Choose the Disk Utility program. Choose the jump drive and then the "Partition" setting. This should allow you to reformat the drive. |
