How you will handle telephone calls effectively. |

Answer» Speaking on the telephone is a little different to communicating with a person face to face. On the phone you can hear (tone of voice, intonation, volume), but you cannot see (facial expressions, gestures, body language). Telephone communication is approximately 25% words and 75% tone, or the way the words are said. Therefore when you are communicating on the phone you will need to compensate for what you cannot see
