If you want to have a new CONDITION type to be MAINTAINABLE via VK31 or VK32., you need to do the following: Create pricing report via transaction CODE V/LA and include the TABLES you need. Extend the price AREA menu via SE43. Area menu = COND_AV. VK31 works with pricing reports.
