Answer» (i) When ball crosses the goal line completely under the goal-post, provided that no violation ; of the rules has been committed by the thrower, a teammate or a team official before or dining the throw. Referee raises one hand and blows the short whistle twice. ; (ii) Dribble : It is a skill of controlling and advancing with the ball .
