Since, 

ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral with AD||BC 

Then, 

∠A + ∠C = 180° ...(i) 

(Opposite angles of cyclic quadrilateral) 

And, 

∠A + ∠B = 180° ...(ii) 

(Co. interior angles) 

Comparing (i) and (ii), we get 

∠B = ∠C 

Hence, proved
