Answer» See theory wise mammals blood consists RBC,WBCs,Platelets,so dog ,human both are mammals so in transfer of blood can happen but scientifically blood of dog must not transfer to human because of specific proteins present in human blood ,so scientifically blood can\'t transfer from dog to human.
