Answer» Amplifying Hank Wisniewski’s answer, my guess is that you’re from India and chose 82° 30′ because MEAN solar time there corresponds to the India Standard Time (IST) time zone, and because you mention Jammu without REFERENCE to country. If I’m correct, this means that the time at Jammu would be 8:00: it’s in the same time zone. Please read GREG's time CONVERSION answers and show it to your teacher |
