We have,

sinθ = 1/2

⇒ cosecθ = \(\frac{1}{sin\theta}\) 

= 2

Now, 

3cot2θ+3 = 3(1+cot2θ) 

= 3cosec2θ

= 3×2

= 3×4 

= 12.

Hence,

The value of (3cot2θ+3) is 12.
