If someone is not satisfied with the decision of a Session’s court, what can he/ she do? If she/ he is dissatisfied with the decision of High Court, what can be done? |

Answer» tion:if someone is not satisfied with the DECISION of SESSIONS court he/she can approach to high court. further again if he/she is not satisfied with the decision of high court he/she can approach to Supreme court of india. but remember that the decision MADE by Supreme will be FULL & final. SINCE no court in india have authorities higher than Supreme court |
